These bands are great for resistance and range of motion workouts. I love the different levels of resistance for the different body parts and they are awesome for throwing in my bag and taking along.

I tried a few cheaper bands and the quality difference is stark. These have a uniform stretch while the cheap stuff stretches a bit and hits a limit that makes the exercises not as effective (lower range of motion is possible).

I bought these on a whim. Can't wait around for gyms to open to do some weight bearing exercise. I was amazed how much of a workout you can get from these bands. So many exercises can be done with these bands. They range from extra light to extra heavy. These would be great for anyone regardless of your fitness level. Best invention ever!

With these bands we can actually work on the entire body to build muscles I suggest these bands. Main thing we should know how to utilize them is important. There are plenty of resource online In YouTube please find those videos it will be very useful to utilise these bands. Value for money every penny worth in investing in these bands.
